We can not fool around with the vote as we enter this election season. June 9th is the primaries and Black Florence is endorsing and casting their vote for Osborne Scipio, for City Council. Voting in the 2020 elections is critical as we move from this pandemic. Scipio stands on the mantel of jobs, education and advocacy. 
Who is Scipio? 
A native of Florence and graduate of Francis Marion University, Scipio served as treasurer for the Florence County Democratic Party. Working as an insurance agent for over 10 years he has served 6 years with Nationwide and over 4 with Allstate.  Scipio is currently with a Fortune 500 company, he is Florence. He understands business as Florence experiences an eruption of growth downtown. His wife is an educator in Florence District 1 Schools and he is sensitive to parents as they support remote learning. His advocacy is pushing people to exercise their right to vote.
