Oh, How I Love Hilton . . . Recognize Greatness

Being an executive for “Women Entreprenuers of America” and a freelance writer for “Black Line News”, I stay at a lot of hotels. They don’t call me a “Diamond Member” for nothing.  Well last night I stayed at Tru by Hilton, a beautiful, contemporary, example of class and family comfort in the quint city of Florence, SC. It’s captivating murals and decor make any visit awesome, even in the midst of COVID. Well last night, like many of us have had over the last couple of years, I had a personal problem and as I entered the hotel, I found myself emotional. I was frazzled and anxious but front desk agent, Dennis not only checked me in but treated me like a Diamond. He truly cared about my well being and made every provision to make this the best stay I’ve ever had at a Hilton. 
In the midst of such worldly unrest, it was refreshing to find someone that wasn’t just about getting a check but who cared. I’m going to do a survey on Dennis. I hope this blog makes it to the ranks of management because the leadership this young man showed was beyond exemplary. Thank you Dennis. This is my new spot when I come to the fine city of Florence.
