New Faces In The Race - Olivia Scott - District 4

Black Line News announced the upcoming City Council Elections in Charlotte last week and we were excited to see new face, Olivia Scott enter the race. She is running against Renee Johnson for District 4. In past races we have endorsed Council Woman Johnson but we are always open to hear what other candidates have to say.

Scott’s focus is on smart development, education, public safety, housing affordability, and bringing good, sustainable jobs to the area. She believes in positive and effective leadership to build this district. 

A Charlotte native, UNC-Charlotte graduate, successful small business owner, community advocate and philanthropist, we are excited to hear more from Olivia Scott.
