It’s In God We Trust

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
The strength of God is certainly upon the life of Mrs. Teressa McGill Cain and with God on her side she has courageously entered the race for House Representative #60. It was a pleasure speaking with her about her vision in politics.
Married to Dr. Leonard L. Cain, distinguished pastor of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Timmonsville SC, Mrs. Cain is a proud mother and grandmother.  She currently serves as a Minister of Bethlehem Baptist Church, First Lady, Young Women Auxiliary, Young Teen Bible Study Teacher, Choir Member and member of the Senior Missionary Board.
Mrs. Cain is also employed as a Certified Career Specialist for Florence District Four, Certified Facilitator for Lee County First Steps Program, Independent Mary Kay Consultant, and Self Employed (Professional Endeavors) Career Development Specialist. Previous Certification with BB&T as Certified Relationship Banker, Certified Demonologist (Friedman's Jewelers), and Certified Management (Spartan Foods). But if that’s not enough, she has put her hat in the race. 
She stands on the ideals of God first, believing that our country is healing during this pandemic. “Families are coming closer together and these moments shouldn’t be taken for granted” but she also recognizes that there is a lot of work to do”. 

“In my opinion, Florence County has grown tremendously, however, rural and minority areas are lacking in growth and development. I would like to utilize my customer service skills and rapport with the community to gain trust in knowing that their concerns are important, heard and will be addressed. As Mya Angelo state:" Love has no boundaries, it can jump high fences, climb mountains and seep through walls, until it reaches it destination on the other side, where there is hope. "I believe there is hope for our communities!

I would like to provide a message to our constituents:

" Never give up Hope or your dreams! You can become anything you so desire! Please understand that we (the people) are all the same. No one is any better than the other. Money and Power does not make up who an individual is as a person. It is the heart that matters. It is now time to change and focus on Love not Hate, Independence not Dependence, Acceptance not Judgement, Understanding not Confusion, and Togetherness not Division.

I am asking our constituents in rural and minority areas, to have an open mind for change. Our Leaders are available to help, lead and guide all people. But change is in consideration of the community wanting to make a difference for the betterment of all. Change starts with our mindset, to focus on positive energy! United we shall stand, divided we will crumble and fall. Let us stand together in Unity for all!”
