An Angel Of Accountability Takes Her Rest

Yesterday was the funeral of Shanquella Robinson, a young lady whose life was prematurely taken by her associates. This is a special case because of how vile and evil it is to murder someone but to do that to a person so far from their home is horrific. The pain comes from the idea that no one had this young girls’  back. No one that went with her told the truth nor condemned such an awful act. And now her family and friends are left searching because of such hateful individuals.
A community mourns as violence continues to ensue in our schools, on our campuses and in our streets. Parents like me don’t even know where to start. This hate that some young people carry is not natural. The spiritual deadness and the disregard for life starts with every parent that has been privileged to birth a child. What do you tell your children about love, about God? How is killing so casual? And how do you take responsibility? That’s your child.
Shanquella is no longer with us. A young, gifted entrepreneur and loving soul, but she leaves the mark of accountability for these demons as well as their village.
Killer, if we bring your mother down with you will that make you think twice about murder? Videographer, if we lock up your father will you get help instead of capturing footage? Witness, how about we punish your grandma since you want to be a coward and watch?
This is out of control. Having children is one of our greatest responsibilities in life. There is accountability to raising them. Some of y’all parents have fell off the job and need to be punished right along with your evil children. I said what I said.
