The Oscar Plantation - Critical Race Theory - Satire

The Oscar Plantation has had some of the grandest affairs and it awards some of the finest players in the arts. They even give a few awards to the blacks and browns, supporting the idea that they can perform too. But this year, my, my, what a spectacle, when one of the most trusted of bucks decided to slap an overseer right plum across his face for telling a joke, a joke mind you. A joke about a young pickaninny who seems to have some condition in which she lost her hair. I thought she looked fine, considering most of them want to twist and braid their hair into a frenzy. Now they can do that at the Source or BET plantations but on Oscars land my goodness. I like to die in my seat because the poor nigga was only trying to do his job. And just to think they did it so all the whites can see. We are horrified and don’t condone violence in anyway. We purposely band some of the black talents because we knew something like this may happen. As a member of the Academy, I vote that that buck get 20 lashes and his award taken from him. Yes, I forgot to say the buck received an award for best actor. There were some others but we should let them keep theirs because they were mad about the situation just like us. At any rate let’s stop this from happening ever again. Let them stay on their own plantations. And to think another young buck directed the whole event. I guess you learned your lesson Oscar. I guess you learned.
