Don’t Say Nothing About Memorial Day If You Denied The January 6 Riots - Politic’in

As I watched a bunch of fake, hateful Republicans reject a commission to investigate what occurred during the January 6 Riots, this morning I couldn’t stomach as Fox News and conservative tweeters came down on Madame Vice President Kamala Harris for tweeting, "Enjoy the long weekend”.
Titles such as, “Vice President Kamala Harris under fire for 'disrespectful' tweet”, soon emerged. You idiots are reaching. I just wonder if these talking heads, mainly from Fox News, remember their own, calling rioters on the capital steps tourist??? As National Guardsmen/women, risked their own lives to protect our Nation’s Capital you disgusting GOP, corrupt lawmakers, will not even investigate the matter. Do they realize just this past week, the mother of fallen Capital Police Officer Sicknick begged GOP senators to pass a bill for a commission to investigate what happened on that horrific day and it was rejected?
Yes, Madame Vice President I will enjoy this long weekend. There have been many long weekends, including the one of the January 6 riots, the murders of countless black men by police brutality and this pandemic called COVID that I haven’t. And you don’t have to reference Memorial Day until Memorial Day. Most of these pseudo patriots didn’t even serve, like trump. I am going to give a historical tribute to Memorial Day in a piece tomorrow called “Decoration Day, We Also Died”. I will end this by giving honor to all those that once served actively (servicemen/women) those that have transitioned on, including my father. Salute.
