There is No Honor In Only Being His Baby Mama

Early on you decided to ride, 

Thinking you would be the only one by his side,
As he spread his seed like chickens lay eggs,
Everyone thinking you was out of yo head,
Not a bride just opening your legs to drama,
But there is no honor in only being his baby mama,
Not giving the first thought of what this child could be,
Laying a foundation with no security,
Subconsciously accepting a poorly planned fate,
Things like school and career, oh it's much too late,
Instead of rearing Royalty, Kings and Queens,
You raise a knuckle-head alone with basketball dreams,
Your daughter is without a father,
I don't mean to berate,
Chasing Child Support, he always missing that date,
Distracted by the fact you choose to do it alone,
Can barely afford to provide, your small kids a home,
There's no honor in only being his baby mama,
Never understanding this leads kids to nothing but trauma,
When your son decides, to pick up the gun,
Baby girl decides to have sex for fun,
By now he is on baby mama number six,
Looking like he's doing this shit just for kicks,
And no longer does he even come through your door,
You don't feel like a mother but more like a whore,
Was it worth it to be this silly man’s main chic,
No thoughts of marriage or respect that should stick,
Young girls there is always another better way,
Let a husband find you not your sexuality,
Right now hold a high standard for your unborn kids,
Build a family with a man and let God provide His,
A relationship built on morals and faith,
Take our families out the street,
These moments can't wait,
Know the ancestors have fertilized the soil,
So you wouldn't have to always sweat and to toil,
Remember this message that I believe to hold true,
You are a wife not somebody's part time boo,
Wear your crown and don't you ever ponder because there is no honor in only being his baby mama.
