​Energy is so contagious and it introduces you before you even have a chance to speak!!! Reflections: It was a routine for us as employees to include the “Sanctuary Model” into our daily activities. The main questions that we asked each other were: #1 How Are You Feeling Today? (......just to make it fun......sometimes we chose colors or animals......
