A Willingboro Handyman has no way to pay the children and teenagers he hired to learn the trade for the job they did in the home of 180 Northampton Drive a rental property belonging to NJ Wholesale Pros. It is said, that at first the handyman and a Realtor for NJ Wholesale Pros. talked about painting 6 rooms. To the handyman's knowledge he was thinking just 6 rooms needed painting so he gave a price $1300 with a $200 downpayment. After talking to the Realtor some more he realized that the realtor wanted the whole house painted. So the handyman returned the downpayment to renegotiate the price. He asked for $3400, they agreed to $2000. Still to the handyman this is a payment for 6 rooms not an entire house that consist of 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen sitting area, kitchen, and laundry room. On top of this list the realtor wanted all the electrical sockets and switches changed, 2 ceiling fans, and 3 lights replaced. The handyman still taking the contract for 6 rooms, not realizing he was not just tricked into the whole house but an impossible deadline; which caused him to enlist the help of teenagers willing to learn a new trade. The handyman was constantly running into electrical problems, the home was heavily smoked, so most rooms required 3 or more coats of paint, meaning the job exceeded the initial $2000 cost. The handyman let this be known to the realtor and asked to be paid the remaining balance so they could talk a new price to finish the job. Mind you, only the kitchen ceiling, and laundry room needed more coats of paint, everything else was painted, walls, woodwork, closets and doors in the rest of the house. The handyman was told by the realtor the job wasn't complete, stopped returning his calls and refuse to pay the handyman and children for the job the rendered. We are withholding the handyman's and childrens' name to keep their privacy. But Black Line News letting the community of  Willingboro know we have fraudulent Real Estate agents taking advantage of local handymen to do huge jobs for steep prices, and to cut corners on contractual jobs that are supposingly done by licensed personnel. If you would like to help this handyman pay the teens we set up a go fundme

All proceeds will go to the children the handyman just wants to pay the children he 'll suffer the loss but feel the children shouldn't have to suffer for a job well done.
