That Melanin Market Experience felt like Home

Whoa! Yesterday's Melanin Market experience felt like I was in the Motherland Africa! So many beautiful Black people in one place enjoying themselves with food, music, and dancing. It almost made you forget what the main purpose of the Melanin Market, I mean you had DJ Alamo on the tables with artist such as J Chosen, Matthew Schuler, Cameron Champion, Sunnie, Killa tha Poet, Chris Styles,  Lil Dev Beats, and plenty of others. When I say that the music and poetry was great I mean that to the fullest extent! There was no room on that stage for mumble rappers, or ratchet R&B, these artist came to be heard and understood and they did not disappoint! From local photographers like Barnonemediia, Willingboro's Drill Team to Willingboro's Diamonds girls softball Champions and a surprised performance by Little Aaliyah (hopefully I spelled her name correctly) the festivities were in full swing. Over 200 Black owned businesses were in one place with the Melanin Market Experience agenda to collaborate and man did Blacklinenews.com try to make to all the tables to fulfill that agenda. Big shout out to The Melanin market Experience for making this huge event even possible! Blackline would also like to give a shout to businesses that we were able to make it to.
